First day wearing my new insanely overpriced low quality $4000++ top and bottom snap on smile dentures. Feeling as if I am wearing an Halloween costume teeth.. ever had those cheap plastic vampire fangs ?? Well.. snap on teeth dentures feel exactly like that… I’ve made numerous desperate attempts at eating and chewing food with my snap on teeth… impossible… these cheap plastic snap on dentures do not stay snapped on .. extremely poor fit… excessively thick …. Both top and bottom snap on dentures do not fit into each other at all … conclusion.. I now own some very expensive cheaply made useless dentures… $4000++ dentures… oh and I should mention that I only two front top teeth and only one molar of my real teeth remaining.. somehow I can actually eat and chew food effectively… The only use that these snap on costume teeth have is for a photo shoot… on Halloween night. Snap on smile…, (( in my opinion,)) a total sc… gar … ge…. A total waste of money.. not to mention… stress .. despair and depression..

The patient purchased the Snap-On Smile from a licensed dentist. The appliance was fabricated based on a prescription and impressions provided by the dentist. If the patient is unhappy, they need to return to the dentist for adjustments or a remake. The dentist may contact the DenMat Lab to discuss options. Thank you.

I have been using a Rotadent Lro Care tooth brush for the last 8 years. My brush originally had a lifetime warranty, until it was bought out and the policy changed to 2 years. 2 years for $150 toothbrush after lifetime is significant. This new model is terrible. I was given a replacement toothbrush, and this didn’t work upon arrival. I received another replacement via the warranty, and it worked for 3 weeks. I placed several emails to the warranty program email listed within the product paperwork- 6 emails with no response. 2 replacement brushes in one week. I called customer service for a reimbursement, they would not honor it. Additionally, they gave me an email address of the supervisor, V****** ******, to email all of my Email attempts that she said were never received. She then found them in the “spam” folder. I email her — undeliverable. This customer service and warranty program is horrible with a product that has gone downhill. Get another toothbrush. Or you will be spending a lot of time trying to replace it when it inevitably breaks.

DenMat is aware of D*** ******'s dissatisfaction and the difficulties she has had in contacting our Customer Service Dept. All Customer Service staff have been trained about checking email boxes, including Spam/Junk folders for important messages. D*** has received a new Rotadent toothbrush, along with extra brush heads, and we hope this resolves any issues that she has had.

I have used the Rotadent for 25-30 years without problems until...their last model is nothing but trouble. The brushes about 50% of the time begin vibrating and grinding somewhere during their 3 month warrantee period. That's right Denmat the maker will not warrantee their product if it is more than 3 months old. (AS though it is a perishable food item. Also it must be purchased from them directly, not Amazon or eBay or another vendor who might sell it cheaper. Because of the high percentage of failures with the brushes and the short time the warrantee will last one dare not order more than 2 at a time. I have recently ordered 4 new brush heads. I received 3 none of which worked the 4th which was ordered first and independently they have neglected to send and of the 3 non working one which they are obligated to replace I refuse to send until they receive the 3 back. Normally that might seem reasonable except it is Denmat that is because of all these stipulations to their own warrantee has left me with no brush heads at all. This item is specifically for those with periodontal issues and I have had periodontal surgery 4 times. This means there is no and I mean no forgiveness left in my mouth and no one else make a periodontal brush. (I would love to boycott Denmat). I have now been a week with no brushes and who knows how much longer I will have to wait. Because they are responsible for my being in such a situation I feel they should send me the new brushes I bought and paid for. They will not. In short their customer service is SHAMEFUL. I have dealt with this company for years and still cannot find a way to protect myself from their avoidance of responsibility. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

We have assisted this customer on multiple occasions, replacing items under warranty and offering discounts. We have always replaced the brush heads that she has contacted us about. DenMat Quality Control is notified of and investigates all product complaints. An order for a new brush head was delivered yesterday, and a replacement/warranty order will be delivered to her next week.
