            We rent from American Homes 4 Rent and notified them in January 2022 that there was a crack in the shower pan. Finally, in March 2022 they approved the repair with Hire a Pro. Hire a Pro sent a "technician" to do the work which he subsequently screwed up. He would make appointments with us and then never show and never contact us. He wasn't even responsive to Hire a Pro. Hire a Pro refuses to fix the problem that their "professional" did. They want American Homes 4 Rent to pay for it, and they won't because the cost of fixing this mess is more than the original cost. Hire a Pro wants AH4R to pay twice to solve this issue. It is now June 2 and we have been without this shower for just shy of 5 months with no end in sight. They sent another "technician" out yesterday to bid the job and then I received a text from Esther today at Hire a Pro that said "We are working on the estimate and will share it with your property management by tomorrow; We will keep you posted on progress." Again, here's proof that they want AH4R to pay for their "pro's" mistake.

            This is one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of having to work with. They took 3 weeks before they even tried to schedule someone to come LOOK at my issue after weeks of me asking for something to be set up. They really should go out of business soon, as I cannot see how they can make money with how trash they run thins.
