This company American Restoration (1 of his business names) worked in Atascadero Ca gutting a house that flooded on Portola, we lost everything "almost" in that flood, I had gathered up some of the remaining items and put them in my pick up preparing for transport, this company comes on site and straight steals everything out of the truck, I even asked for it back and his worker got it out of the company truck, then took it again, the owner told me he had gotten some of it back and was going to meet me to return it, he never did instead he claims he took it back from where it was taken and left it there, it was not there. He agreed to meet at the police station, just never showed up. they stole everything, tools,welders and so on. he told me his guys had worked for him for a long time and that he didn't understand why they did this. I still have all the messages from him that he wrote. This company goes into people's homes and on there property and they just simply take what they want and the owner gaslights you then ignores you, lots of promises from him but nothing delivered. He is a liar and very unprofessional he only acts like he wants to make things good, but it's just an act. I wouldn't recommend this company for all the tea in china. this review will be posted on Google as well, people need to know this guy and his employees are crooked. He even lied to the police saying he was taking it all back to the residence and never did, not one single item. so instead of losing almost everything in the flood, this company made sure and took the rest, leaving us with nothing at all. a married couple with 3 kids. Left nothing. I can back everything said up. Bob Simpson, American Restoration or any company he owns can not be trusted.
