    I have been a patron with Viejas for over ************************************************************************************************************************************************************* and I told the supervisor at Baron Long this. The supervisor puts that notes in the computer and now the server ******* aka "*****" sees it and starts asking employees there why do I not like her. I have the right to ask not to be served by a bad vibe employees. She is always arguing with the staff there, and complaining. I don't say anything to her, I don't look at her and I don't even think about her. I am approached by a Viejas employees asking me not to look at her because this person feels threaten or intimidated by me. I was in complete shock! Why would the casino even approach me with an employee issue, that is something that needs to be dealt with in house. But since they felt they need to confront me, they also decided to not listen to anything I said when I told them, that I don't talk to this person, nor do I care about the person to even look at. They keep saying we have to stand with our staff and they did an investigation. I told them show me any reports or videos showing me talking to this girl or even looking at her out of spite. If she is in my way of looking in a certain location than that is not my issue. I was so disappointed in this illegal investigation that they supposedly was video taping me without my knowledge. They did not do any thorough investigation before accusing me of this nonsense. Why all the sudden she feels threaten after she sees the Manager notes in the computer that I do not want her to serve me but all this other time, she never said anything. Viejas did a poor job of handling this situation correctly.I then complain to the tribal council and it was complete crickets. They did not reach out, they did not care. Do not commit to this place, they don't care about their guest.

    I was just at Viejas 12/31/2023 **** hours, and had won a small amount on a machine. Being that this was a very rare occasion for me to actually win a member of the party I went with started to record my win. We were immediately approached by a security guard who told us not to record. Now, nowhere upon entering the casino from the parking garage, nor anywhere else on the floor was there any signage stating the Casinos policy stating recording either with professional equipment or personal cell phone Was not allowed. I am perfectly fine with being informed we were not allowed to record however the manner in which the individual Security guard did it was unprofessional and threatening! He also demanded we delete the video and threatened to confiscate the phone if we did not! We were so angry at his threat we left the casino! ********* Resources Manager needs to be made aware of how individuals act on behalf of the Casino. That type of challenging and threatening behavior is unacceptable! We did not even act aggressively toward him because we were still shocked and telling him we were unaware of the policy but he said you dont need to see a policy because Im telling you! Then continued to demand we delete the video or else he would make us or take the phone! So rather than allow the situation to escalate to a physical confrontation we left! You can only imagine the anger we had trying to be the bigger person in this situation! Needless to say we will never be going back! And we definitely feel targeted since we witnessed other guests recording but nothing was said to them!
