Complaint: I sent completely unused unopened items back to Allergy Direct via UPS. Received proof of delivery over a month ago. Company has failed to refund my money in full. They owe me $389.84. I should not even have to ask for them to refund my money. They have had well over a month to do so and have done NOTHING. I want my money back .
Desired Settlement: I want all my money back ($389.84).
This customer placed 2 orders totaling 389.84. Both were already refunded less orginal shipping charges of 14.95 ea for a net refund of 359.94. Our policy is very clear about not refunding originial shipping costs and even promo ones . In this case we shipped at no cost as part of the free promo but again, per our posted policy, if returned we will charge for that shipping cost. Here is our policy below. The customer should already see the 359.95 on their account by now, if not let us know.
We offer a 60 day money back guarantee on every product sold. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please email us at email@example.com for a RMA # and instructions on how to return your product. Outbound shipping (including promotional & or Free shipping) and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
