WEST SACRAMENTO, CALIF., – Better Business Bureau serving Northeast California is launching a campaign to benefit Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services (SFBFS).
It’s simple: take a selfie and upload it to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter with the hashtag #BBBDonateYourSelfie and Better Business Bureau (BBB) will donate $1 to SFBFS. And we challenge you to fit as many people in your selfie as you can, and for each person tagged in the photo, BBB will donate an additional dollar.
“As a leader in advancing marketplace trust, Better Business Bureau recognizes the hard work and dedication Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services brings to the community. SFBFS helps those in need by moving them toward self-sufficiency and financial independence. Help us celebrate their work as a marketplace role model by ‘donating’ your selfie with the hashtag #BBBDonateYourSelfie all month long,” said Lynn Conner, President & CEO of BBB serving Northeast California.
“What a creative and inclusive way to fundraise this holiday season,” shares Kelly Siefkin, VP of Communications & Marketing for SFBFS. “Everyone loves taking selfies and now by using a hashtag and support from the Better Business Bureau, they can make an impact in our community and help improve a family in need.”
The campaign begins Wednesday, November 1, 2017 and ends Thursday, November 30, 2017. See the official rules at http://go.bbb.org/1P1Fsm5.
