**** came by to give a written estimate and told me everything that would be done to bring the job up to code, including a barrier post installed. Top notch installation and service. Prompt emails about permit process and setting up appointment for Inspection. **** sold me on his service. He educated me on why hes so meticulous and detail oriented with what he does. Im a heavy equipment mechanic and could have easily swapped out the water heater myself. After **** explained to me what was wrong with my water heater (Many problems since it was installed in the house in ****). He then explained why he will upgrade and replace every other related component to meet or exceed code. I realized that I could easily swap out the part and save some money and do it my self, but if something went wrong, I could receive a fine from the city, or at worst, burn my house down. He installed the water heater like it was his home. Very happy that I went with A2Z

My old water heated failed on Thanksgiving and flooded the lower portion of my home. I called A2Z Water Heaters and spoke with ****. He came out on Saturday and provided me with great information about water heaters in general, the installation process, and the new water heater. In addition, he removed the drywall on the side and back of the water heater area to allow the mitigation company to check for any additional water damage prior to installing new drywall. This was great and **** is qualified as he is also a general contractor! **** also provided some plumbing advice as I was fixing a valve in my backyard that that had to be finished prior to the water heater installation being completed. ****** handled the permit process, including scheduling and the inspector was super impressed with the installation! Bottom line is that I highly recommend hiring ****, ******, and **** for any water heater installations. They were simply fantastic!

I called A2Z Water Heaters in July and I apologize, I have been meaning to write this review before now. The owner **** did an amazing job installing the water heater! He specializes in water heaters and truly is an expert in this field -top notch and very professional, not to mention the most reasonable out of the bids I got. He went above and beyond doing some extras to bring my water heater area to code from a prior installation without charging me extra, and his accomplice **** was excellent too. If youre in need of a water heater, please call A2Z Water Heaters, you will be in excellent hands and so happy you did!

You cant beat A2Z Water Heaters. I appreciated how the owner answers calls personally, the installation was completed promptly and thoroughly, and the price was very fair. Two other bids had lower initial prices, but the prices did not include the permit or repairs (and repairs would have been done by a third party). The inspector gave A2Z an A and even the water heater sticker says, Proudly installed by A2Z Water Heaters. It's refreshing for a company to take actual pride in their work and not just be "good enough." I highly recommend A2Z you wont be sorry.

I did an online request for an estimate Friday morning. They came out later that day and provided a fair and all inclusive estimate. I told them it sounds good and that I am off every other Monday or weekends and could probably take a day off during the week. **** said they had a small job on Saturday and could do it in the afternoon if I was available. That was perfect. **** explained everything that they would do and how it would be done. It takes some time to do it correctly which was exactly what they told me it would take.**** said he would text me when they were heading over. I got the text about **** and they were on it. Amazing work by these two and a professional installation. If solved my low hot water pressure and the water is actually hot. I had forgotten how it was when I moved in 25 years ago. I know who I will call in the future and who I would recommend if anyone asks. Thank you **** and ****, very nice having you work on this and I appreciate you letting me watch. Like I said "It was like watching synchronized swimming".

**** did a great job in explaining how safely he will install the water heater and was very descriptive about each step and made us feel very comfortable with the install. **** and team did a great job with installation and cleaning up and paying the toon to the detail. ****** did all the work in the background to get our warranty, permit and inspection all taken care for us without any hassle. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking to install a new heater.
