Would give 0 stars if I could. This company is a scam. I wish I would have known what company the artist worked with before purchasing and been able to see all the other negative reviews to avoid being scammed by them. I ordered something on November 20, 2022. The item has yet to be shipped, but still says processing so cannot cancel at this point either. Contacted the company to find out why shipping is taking so long and got some canned response that they are working diligently to ship orders in time for holiday. I'm not going to hold my breath. Pretty sure I'm just out $75. How are they allowed to be in business by continuing to just scam people?! Such a shame that respected artists work with these scam artists - please save yourself and don't purchase anything from this scam company!

Total scam! Ordered on-line merchandise. One item they canceled after 2 months waiting and then when my order came in it was missing a ***** shirt. Will not return my emails any longer since I asked for a refund. They owe me *****... Please help!

An order was placed for a clothing item in early October.Item not shipped, toll free number goes to re-order. Emails come back rejected from ********* email server.

I ordered an item and tried to reach the company via email twice and never got a response. I also tried calling the number on the invoice and it said the number wasn't able to be reached. All I wanted to do is make an exchange for another size.

Ordered Three T-shirts on 9/23/21 via The Eagles website. Paid for *** shipping with tracking number. After two weeks, received no information on shipping but my card was charged immediately after ordering. Only way you can reach this company is by e-mail. None of their listed phone numbers work. After two emails, I received only a ticket number to look into my issue. I emailed again that I would contact credit card company if I had not been contacted by 10/5 about my order. I received no reply and so disputed the charge with credit card company. Only days after disputing the charge, I received e-mail reply that they were out of stock on my items, even though website never indicated any out of stocks. Thankfully, my charge was credited back by my credit card company and the dispute is still pending. I have not been contacted at all by Wonderful Union as of today 10/22 and never received the shirts I ordered. They were quick to take my money, even though product never shipped, then horrible at communicating with me. Not so wonderful an experience. A shame The Eagles are allowing this company to fulfill orders via their website.
