On the afternoon of 6-24-2022, I went to All Clear Pool at *************************************************************************** & bought 2 cases (8 bottles) of liquid chlorine. I returned home & was unloading the liquid chlorine bottles & noticed that one of them was significantly lighter than the rest of them. I looked inside the *********** was half full. I immediately contacted the store about the half-full bottle. I spoke to Ezekial, who helped me with the transaction. He put me on hold a few times. Another employee came to the phone & asked for my account number. I told him that I do not have an account with their store. Then he said that he could not credit my credit card account for the cost of 1 bottle of chlorine over the phone without an account number or go into the store again. My response was: your store had no problem taking my money without an account but you cannot process a credit on my card without an account. Sounds like a dishonest store. The cost of a case of chlorine is $53.98 (4 bottles in a case). The same thing happened the last time I bought 2 cases of chlorine from them about 2 weeks ago. One of the bottles were half full in one case. The other case had a leak in which chlorine was leaked from one of the bottles, so I did not get a full bottle again. The leaking situation happened twice and the half-bottle situation happened twice as of today.My complaints are:1. I asked the store to process a credit to my credit card for $7.00 plus sales tax for the 2 half bottles of *************** refused. Gas is expensive these days. It is unreasonable to ask someone to return for an exchange as a result of their error.2. The store refused to process a credit to my credit card because I do not have an account with them and I do not want to open an account with them. They had no problem taking my money without an account, but they refused to process a credit without an account. If this is their store policy, I was not made aware of it.
