              I placed an order on October 20, 2022 for one pair of women's All Purpose Foot Relief Liquid Filled Shoe Insoles. According to the website, the insoles were available and I was charged $55.90. As of today, November 3, I have not received the insoles. I have made numerous phone calls, sent several emails, sent a text message trying to contact their customer service and find out what is going on, all according to their customer service instructions. I have never been able to speak to a person nor have I ever gotten one response to any of my inquiries, except for an automated email reply. This is horrible customer service and terrible business practices!! I will never recommend this company, their products, nor will I ever purchase anything from them ever again! At this point, I want my money back and the order canceled.

              I have suffered from Plantar Fasciitis and Heel Spur. Having taken treatments and tried many shoes and insoles I came across Foot Relief Insoles. My order was shippied promptly and I immediatley placed those in my shoes and not only I was relieved from the pain but now could easly walk for a couple of hours. A big thank your to the Company for introducing such a wonderful product since foot comfort is the key for overall good health.
