I bought 2 cherry trees from this place last november. They shipped the to me in the middle of february when our ground was still frozen. I had to wait 2 weeks for the weather to warm up enough to plant the trees. I was pleasantly surprised when a couple of weeks later they came to life. However mid May one of the trees started showing drooping leaves and by mid June the tree was dead.I waited a few weeks hoping it was a temporary condition but it became clear it would not recover. A week ago I started sending daily emails to the company trying to get information about how to get a refund. After a few days and no replies I started calling. I could never get a person on the phone and never got a return call or email. Looks like I paid for 2 trees and will be only growing one.

Per our provided policy, our only guarantee is that your dormant tree/plant will arrive in good, viable condition and will leaf out by May 15th (historically 98% of our trees do). This guarantee is only available to customers who purchased their tree/plant directly from us, and who planted their tree/plant in the ground by April 1st (or temporarily in a **** if the ground in their zone was still frozen solid). ***** ******** is June 1st (with the exception of persimmon trees, which have a deadline of June 15th). *****s placed after June 1st (or June 15th for persimmon trees) will be denied.This customer's trees both leafed out, therefor it is not eligible under the limited guarantee. In addition the claim request was submitted well after the claim deadline of June 1st, 2021. We cannot guarantee that your tree/plant remains alive & healthy, or bears fruit, as there are too many variables beyond our control in order to do so (i.e. soil preparation, planting, fertilization, **** & pest control, adequate irrigation and/or drainage, chill hours, compatible hardiness for your zone, proper choice of pollinator, etc)."
