On December 2, 2023, I bought a new Toyota Camry 2024 from a dealer in Roseville . The next day I saw damage to the bumper from the manufacturer (I bought the car when it was dark and raining, so the damage was not noticeable), I immediately reported to the dealer's service center. I was told to solve this problem in two weeks. I have been waiting for almost 5 months and no one gives me a call back or they ignore me. this is terrible customer service .I have already gone to the service center twice but they told me to wait . I spent a lot of time and nerves to solve this problem. My car is expensive. I got tired of waiting and I fixed this problem myself. I would like to have some compensation from the company.Seller: ******************************* Manager: ***********************Review from Meirve D

Deceptive sales. Agreed to purchase a used vehicle and I was told it was sold. Not sure how they can sell out from under a customer when working on the sale. Then bait and switched to a different car they were actually willing to sale at the sticker price. They wanted me to purchase all the addons so they could make money on the sale since they were "upside down on the car". Not sure how not wanting to purchase thousands of dollars of addons was my issue since I was purchasing the car at the stickered price.Roseville Toyota Response

Bought 2 brand new vehicles at Roseville Toyota 1/10/24... 1 being the BZ4X. Been a month and FINALLY got the app and the car to work to charge the car. What an annoying hassle and run around. My wife and i have had to make phone calls daily trying to resolve and multiple drives to the dealership as well. We should not have to be put through this!Nobody seems to have a clue or seem to care. Regretting this car now!!! 2nd is a Tundra and the app is still not working and back and forth to the dealership and phone calls with ZERO progress. Apparently they allow anyone to access and take ownership of the vehicles media (which with new cars controls EVERYTHING) and even though I am the 1 and only owner I am locked out and have had to email proof of ownership just to try and get access to my own vehicle. ITS BEEN A MONTH AND NOTHING IS RESOLVED Hard to believe you drop over $100,000 and nobody gives a s*** if the product works properly. Don't buy Toyota!!! STAY AWAY FROM ROSEVILLE TOYOTA. The sales and service teams are worthless once they take your money!!! So far **** is the only one who has tried to help us. The rest just run you in circles to get you away from them.Roseville Toyota Response

Hello,
I spoke with **************** and BZ4x is good to go. We are still working on the Tundra. He was advised to call ********* Services for further instruction since owner needs to be present. Apologized for inconvenience.

The WORST experience ever purchasing a used car. It took 45 minutes to even find the car on the lot. The battery died twice. I don't know why we didn't walk away, but our grandson really was interested in the used car. After filling out paperwork on line with our salesperson we finally met with someone (never got names from anyone) we talked price. We agreed to to pay $477 under the asking. After walking back to another office we again filled out more paperwork and spent hours sitting in the lobby. Our grandson was very stressed as he had to get to work. After finally getting into the finance office our grandson (20 yr old) was rushed through signing on a pad, never had any of the paperwork explained or the total amount gone over. Everything was RUSHED to take advantage of. I called and talked to both the finance person and the manager, neither cared about what happened or are willing to fix THEIR mistake.Review from Charlene F

I bought the car Sunday and by Tuesday (2 business days) I wanted to return it. I told me that I didnt purchase the 2 day cancellation warranty and I told them I wasnt offered it. I did rely on my common knowledge that a store should have a return policy but when I said that, I was quickly dismissed by *********************, the finance manager, and he abruptly said No, you were offered that. I have the papers here. You signed it.During the signing on Sunday I was very uncomfortable and stressed out and I just really wanted to leave but I got scared because I already signed for things I cant even comprehend due to stress. I felt ridiculed by how they called my Camry (trading in) not worth s*** it was conveniently appraised as $8400 right after telling information that I still owe $8370 to my lender. Note that the s*** Camry is regularly serviced by them. They reasoned out that it was because theres so many things that needed to be fixed, but my service advisor when my dad took the car in on that Saturday, ***, assured me that it was just the alternator that needed to be fixed.I felt like I was low balled and that I wasnt cared for my best interests and I felt like they only cared about the sale.I was not even reviewed with the CarFax report for the 2018 Civic I ended up getting until *************************** took me inside the room to sign some documents. When I told him that I wasnt reviewed with the CarFax report, he said, No Im sure you did. Thats incorrect because I swear I did not.The Carfax report on the car had damage reported. If I was actually reviewed with that information prior to signing, there is no way Ill forget something as critical of a detail as that.I have called multiple times about this concern, and I really tried to reach out for help.My main issues are: 1) I hope I was helped when I wanted to give the Civic back 2d after 2) Im sure my Camry trade in is worth more 3) I didnt even get ********** filled up when I drove it outRoseville Toyota Response

At Roseville Toyota, we strive to provide exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, after the customer purchased the vehicle, she changed her mind two days later. Management spoke to her and explained why she could not return the vehicle.Review from Linda B

This dealer uses predatory sales and the management showed that sexism is alive and well today. How we were spoken to as woman and pressured to buy was totally unacceptable in this day and age. I would drive out of state before using this dealer. When I asked a general manager to call me nothing happened. All they cared about was winning there trophy for most cars sold. Please if you are a women dont buy from this group.Roseville Toyota Response

The customer has not purchased a vehicle recently nor has been in the dealership. She was a phone lead back in June 2022 and have not heard from her since.Review from Donna L

I saw a 2014 ***** Miata on Driveway.com being sold through Roseville Toyota. The photo was from a distance and I phoned to see if there was any damage to the car. I was lied to by a salesman that there was not any damage to the car and it drove nice. I proceeded to purchased the car for ****** + with ****** miles as is. however, when driveway.com delivered the car I was shocked that a dealership would sell a car in the condition I got it in without disclosing any damage to the car. There is a chip in the windshield already spreading. there is damage to the driver side door and front of car. Paint is missing on several areas of the car and one spot is already rusting and the worse part is that the car has after market coil shocks on the car for racing which lowers the car closer to the ground and makes it a rougher stiff ride. There was also something in the dash banging around inside. Carfax listed no damage to the car. Driveway is trying to help but I would not recommend Roseville Toyota to anyone. Went for a diagnostics test at ****** ***** and they said they would never sell a car in that condition. It would be at a car auction. They did remove a bolt from inside the dash. I am not very happy I was taken advantage of.Roseville Toyota Response

My mother texted with Roseville Toyota's salesmen saying, "My budget is $16000...if that's not feasible...I can wait for something else." And, "I will come in if that's the set price. I don't want to come in and still haggle over price." My mother was 80 years old at the time of sale. The salesmen replied, "There are no additional closing costs on your $16k amount financed offer." When my mother signed the electronic 75 page document it took more than 4 hours. The price on the contract was $20,998 (almost 5k above agreed upon price) and they also upsold her more than $8000 in 'protection plans' etc. We were able to cancel those later when we found out what happened. Final cost to my mother was $34000! This was in January and Roseville Toyota has refused to make it right. My mom just wants the $5000 difference refunded to her.Review from Ashley F

They are jacking up MSRP on vehicles anywhere from $5k to $10k. This is more than any other dealership in the area. They are at least advertising it now. But in 2022 when I went there I was looking at a vehicle that had a sticker price of $46k and was told by the sales person we can negotiate it down. When we get to that point they told me they can give me a great deal of $60k! I have no clue where they got this price but claimed they over spent on buying back used cars and needed to raise prices. They falsely advertised vehicle prices then try to get me to pay more. I walked out..after I found my vehicle they hid somewhere on the lot wen they seals they were going to check it out.Review from Paul D
