PSA - Do NOT purchase a vehicle from Red Bluff Dodge if you plan to have it serviced there!!!The absolute most horrible service experience ever!! Unprofessional, downright lies, incomplete/inaccurate paperwork, rudeness - and didnt even fix my car!! First argued with me about what warranty I had and what was covered by it - they were shocked when I was correct. Kept my vehicle for 32 - THIRTY TWO days - (invoice says they gave it back 10/8/2021 - lie - it was returned to me 10/22/2021) no loaner available - they were completely unperturbed at leaving a customer without a vehicle for that long, even though the warranty provides a rental or loaner will be provided - and treated me like I was crazy for calling 1-2x a week - after not hearing a peep out of them the first 2 weeks they had it - to see what was happening - actually left a **** service tag in my vehicle - Finally got the vehicle back - they racked up 308 miles (though the invoice mileage is the same for drop off and pick up - lie), left ********* garbage in the front seat, it smells like they poured a gallon of antifreeze on the engine, there are repairs that were stated to me were completed and parts replaced that are not on the itemized paperwork (invoice is missing the alleged cooling sensor, water pump, and fan), they LOST a magnetic brush guard on the freeway and best yet - its still having some of the same issues it was having when I initially took it in. Called to get it back in, and was told they cant get it in until the 17th!! I just picked it up a week ago - its still not fixed after they had it for a **** month - and now its going to take another 2.5 weeks to get it in again?!!!! Already have an appointment at another dealer and will be following up directly with Chrysler.
