      I bought a 2023 Hyundai ************** and the finance manager told my wife and me it was going to be interest free for the first year and thats not the case. I've tried emailing and calling ******* the sales associate I worked with and their finance and no one communicates back. I was going to by the car out right, but was tricked out of it by their finance department.

      I purchased a used car there, and within six months of barely having the car the check engine light kept going on my car, turned off in the middle of an intersection take it in to the deaership and they say its the engine that blew well that took about a month to get them to even give me a yes or a no for their warranty company to cover it when I purchase this warranty through them, The whole time I am trying to advocate and call and get an ETA and get a word on whats going on and Service manager ***** can never give me the time of day is horrible at his job. The front desk is no better. I leave notes and comments and my phone number for him to call me back and he never gets back to me then when I finally get through to him he tells me its on me to call their warranty company basically doing his job for him then to just find out after a month Im still not gonna get a rental car for something I paid for with the warranty thinking Im buying an extra warranty on a used car I should be covered nope, then they call me and tell me its the Cadillac converter and a couple other parts gonna be ************************************************************************************************************************************ ***** and ****** are the problems! Every time I call and try to reach one of them theyre on lunch will leave a note they never get back to us. ***** told my husband two weeks more to have my car fully done. Well I called because it was Thanksgiving week and asked hey youre still gonna have it ready by Friday that would mark two weeks he said yes then were calling all week this week and never got a response from him. We had to contact the owner of the dealership just to get his guys to call us back then the sales manager ***** after reaching out multiple times he finally get a eta on when the car would be done! ANOTHER WEEK!! NOW I HAVE TO PAY $100 for Service which is pathetic!! IT SHOULD BE FREE!! Never buying here again!!! 2 months later!

      Car under warranty the sunroof frame brake They have the car for more than a week to fix they wont give me car to use . No customer service to tell me what is going On bad communication. Last time for me to buy from Hyundai worse service and customer communication!!!!!

      Was scheduled.to come look at Tucson sel salesman name was *** drove 1.5 hours upon arrival *** told the car was spoken for 2 days before we came we were assured by *** the car could not be spoken for I even asked if I could reserve the vehicle *** stated no need because cars in transit are never dealt on all we got from *** was he felt bad which we feel is unacceptable we had already did credit app we were supposed just agree on price so we drove 1.5 hours back home very disappointed

      Finance managers never call you. No one wants to help to cancel extended warranty
