    I purchased an adjustable windshield from California Scientific for my Can Am Ryker on 7/15/2021 (Order id: 34955; Order total: $329.61 USD; Transaction ID: ***********). 7/17: The order arrived (I paid for expedited shipping), but the hardware and windshield cover were missing. 7/19: California Scientific responded saying they shipped the missing pieces. 7/21: The order arrived, windshield cover still missing. I installed the windshield per instructions. 7/25: The windshield mounts failed under normal driving conditions. 7/26: I sent California Scientific an email asking for a return shipping label to return the windshield-- no response. 7/27: I sent another email requesting a return label and refund -- no response. The mounting hardware/bracket is defective or poorly designed resulting in a dangerous and potentially life threatening situation. As a result, I'd like to return the windshield for a full refund.

    Ordered a motorcycle windscreen from Calsci. Item did not arrive on-time. I sent emails everyday requesting an update as the tracking had shown the package had been held up in ******* for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks the owner responded with this appalling example of customer service: Order date: ********* Me: ********* Hi, tracking is showing the screen has been sitting in ******* for 4 days now? Is there a problem? Calsci: 2-Oct-21 You're asking me what the post office is doing. I neither work for the post office, nor run the post office.Me: 2-Oct-21 Its taken you a week to respond to my enquiry? It was due today but is still showing in the **. Good customer service would involve you calling the post office and working out why your customers are not receiving their products? Do you think you could do that?If the item has not arrived by the end of next week I will be expecting a refund. Calsci: 2-Oct-21 I don't read my email very often, because it's full of people mad at me over the post office, just as you are. Most shipments to Oz have been halted. **** won't even let me print a label to Oz.Perhaps I should have refused the order.Me: 2-Oct-21 That would have been the right thing to do, or at least told me that the **** was not delivering. Can you please refund the item. Calsci: 2-Oct-21 It's in transit, I'm absolutely not giving you a free windshield.I didn't know what Australia was doing until about 10 days ago.Here, btw, is what we yanks think of your government:https://www.sovereignman.com/trends/australias-astonishing-tyranny-keeps-growing-33539/Me: 2-Oct-21 Ok, so its been posted. The order which was placed on 17-Sep-2021 said 3-5 business days to many major markets. So Id be looking at receiving the item on 24-Sep-2021. Its now been 10 business days and the tracking from **** shows the item has been in ******* since 20-Sep-2021. So how much longer will it take? I am completely within my rights to request a refund as the item has not been supplied in accordance with the order. Wow, bringing human rights into the argument? Id be taking a long hard look at your own backyard mate.
