I felt like I was taken advantage of because my unit is older but it was working. It just had a problem of cooling to the right temperature. The tech kept saying my compressor was no good. He then put the power pack back in and my unit made a big bang sound. The tech made a commit on how he almost killed himself. If he was an experienced tech this would not have happened. I have had many preventative maintenance with my unit over the years and this bang issue has never occurred. I was so shook up about this and called them about it. I was told that another tech could come out for a second opinion but what is the use since the compressor was blown up. I am elderly and I believe the tech wanted me to buy a new unit instead of fixing my unit.

Hello. I would like to speak to you. I recall this incident and asked our Service Manager, **** to call you to get another technician out to double check/verify the findings of this technician. They were amazing. When I called they were very polite and helpful. I was able to get scheduled the same day. The technician (John **) was great. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that made it easy for me to understand without having any knowledge of HVAC. Ive been using **** heating and air for a few years now. I can truly say Ive never had a bad experience with them. They are all very knowledgeable and upfront with you.I Had my routine maintenance done toady.*** showed up on time and was very respectful.He completed his check and advised me of a few concerns he had.I would recommend **** heating and air to all my friends and family any day.Review from Rick M
