            ***** ******** SERVICE EVER. WE'VE **** WAITING 7 ********** SERVICE ** BE COMPLETED.You started a service here on 11/8/2020(** FIX OUR AIR CONDITIONER). We are STILL waiting for it to be completed. You took the computer board because it was outdated. You said you would repair it and come back to install it. That was 7 months ago. You also marked our service request completed when you never started it. As you know ******** weather hits triple digits often. This is the ***** customer service ever experienced. You were suppose to be here today, June 30, 2021 between 8-12pm. It's now after 12pm and ALL your phone numbers have voicemails that are completely 100% full. This erroneous problem NEEDS to be rectified ***********. I left 1 star only because 1/2 star wasn't an option. Save yourself a tremendous headache and ***** USE this company. They are totally 100% unprofessional."
