Made phone call to company. Office person that I needed to replace my exixting Garage. A worker from the company came to my home to determine an estimate. I received e-mail's regarding choices of doors. I chose a Long Panel Door with Four (4) tinted windows, replacement of the key number on the outside of the home to open the door if needed, and repair of the door frame. When the worker came on-site he questioned the repair of the frame and advised us that the sales person should not have told me that he does that repair. The frame was not repaired. After installation of the I noticed that it was not long paneled. I contacted the sales person ****** and spoke to her and agreed that I would keep the wrong panel. Days later I went into the garage and noticed that I did not have to turn on a light. After looking I saw that the windows (8 short panels instead of 4 long panels) were not tinted/shaded as the replaced windows were. The sun comes directly through the window causing the additional unnecessary heat and problems with the items I have in storage with specific chemical requirements for storage. The individual that I spoke to ***** was a great salesperson until they were paid. She now states that we did not agree on the door, windows, outside lock, or garage door opener for the car. I contacted her several times, regarding these issues and the problems with the door. She did not return my calls. My Husband was concerned with the finished product and the problems with the door even opening. He call today and they answered. I called again as ask to speak to person. She came on the phone and advised me that there was nothing she could do to correct the problems regarding the windows. I paid extra money for the outside opener and the door opener for the Car to the person who installed the door. I was not advised prior or during the purchase.
