I had the pleasure of working with ********************* for my purchase. **** was very patient and helpful. Although my order has not yet been received as of yet, I am hopeful everything will go smoothly. **************

We ordered a ************* from Naturwood in 11/21, & paid 1/2 the cost as a deposit. It was supposed to be delivered appx. 05/15/22. It did not show, & the salesperson did not call us to give us any updates, we had to call him to find out what was happening. He then told us the delivery would take place the middle of 7/22. That has not happened, so I called Naturwood on 7/18/22 & was told by reception the delivery was now set for the middle of 8/22. Again, we received no calls beforehand about the change, we had to initiate the communication. When I said we no longer could wait as we had already waited 9 mos, and there was no guarantee the furniture would be delivered in Aug, the receptionist became rude, said it wasnt her job to help me re: this & immediately transferred me to the salespersons voicemail. I then left a message on the his ***** **** did not return my call. On 7/19/22, I called the **************** & was given the brush-off by the person who answered. He told me I had called the wrong ************* was nothing he could do & immediately transferred me to the store. That appeared quite unprofessional. If a customer is having an issue with service, the companys corporate office should want to know & strive to help to bring an amenable resolution. Instead, all parties I spoke with at Naturwood appeared to want to pass the buck, which left me with no help or resolution regarding my order. So, I left another message for the salesperson to call *** **** finally returned my call. I then told him we no longer were willing to wait for the furniture we ordered back in 11/21, & I requested a full refund of our deposit. He said customer service would call that day re: my claim. I have not heard from anyone. We understand delays due to the Pandemic, but we cannot wait indefinitely for the furniture to be delivered, receive no communication and endure a brush-off attitude from Naturwood because we are asking questions.
