            I hired this company to ship a **** black Harley ******** motorcycle from ********** ******* to ****** *****. I was given a number to call to track the shippment. It was scheduled to be delivered 2 days ago and when calling the number for tracking there is no answer or reply to multiple messages left. I called a number for the company off the BBB website and spoke to a man that had no information at all about my bike. Have been waiting for a day now for his call back. I paid $1140 for the shipping and I have no clue how to track down my motorcycle that has a Blue Book value of $7500. I want the company to locate and complete the delivery of my motorcycle and discount the shipping cost as a appology for there horrible service.

            Paid more than double what other companies quoted because they claimed I would get white glove service and so far its been pretty bad. They showed up to pickup the motorcycle in a rented Ryder 28ft box truck filled with all sorts of stuff from a fridge to furniture and no other bikes. Pickup was on November 15th, as of today, no motorcycle and claiming it will be here on Thursday December 2nd.
