I had a good experience using Golden Coast Construction. The only delay was from the approval of my permit to rebuild by the county, and I feel like that process couldve moved a little faster. Other than that they were very professional, and assisted me whenever I had any questions throughout the process. They did good quality work and whenever I did have a concern, they addressed it right away. They were very professional and I enjoyed working with the project manager and the adjuster assigned to my project because they addressed my concerns.

Irma I totally agree with your statement. I could write a book on what we went thru. I am so glad I will never have to see them ever again. Please do not consider this company for your fire and restoration.

Please beware of this Construction company. I would give zero stars — they are Negligent & Procrastinators. They took 14 months for a 3-Month project and Never completed my project. They made me paid Rental out of pocket — they lied many times about the completion date and at the end I was forced to terminate them and hired a different contractor to complete my project. Golden Coast Construction & Restoration (GCCR) put a Lien on my home, demanding the rest of the money I received from the insurance — even though they were NOT entitled to. They persecuted me legally and made me spend more than $70 Thousand dollars in Legal fees. Please be careful when selecting your contractor. GCCR advertise themselves as a BBB Best company but they are nothing but deceiving customers. Please be careful!
