            I paid for yearly maintenance on my ac units. A technician came out to service the units. When he left I noticed one unit was not working and there was no power to the unit at all. I immediately called the company and the told me they would send the tech directly back to fix it. After 15 mins I called again and was told the tech was 30 mis away. Then after hours of calls and no tech I was finally told that I would be charged $300 to have someone come out. The tech did something to the ac system to cause the power not to work and now the company lies repeatedly to me and is trying to extort money from me to fix it.

            Bought a central air and heating unit three years ago and have had major problems with it. The air conditioner broke down the first year. The heating unit has been out for the last three weeks. Three of the coldest weeks this winter., while Dehart orders parts from *****. There is no sense of urgency to complete the repairs.. My wife and myself are both seniors. We bought the unit in good faith and with a ten year warranty.
