The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.For three years I have tried to get my kitchen window glass replaced. The first year, the company told me the glass manufacturer had gone out of business, so they couldn't get the glass. Then for two years starting in April 2022, I was told multiple times that the glass had been ordered, but it never arrived. I made multiple calls to **************** and would be told many different stories for what may have happened with the order. Or I would be referred to the project manager in **** who only communicated with me if pushed by customer service. I can't count the number of times I was told the glass was ordered, but it hadn't been.Finally in April 2023, I contacted executive management about the situation. I received a response and was told it would be resolved. This resulted in many calls to customer service and no glass replacement. Early March 2024, still no glass. I contacted management again and was told the glass would be ordered and that it should arrive in two to three weeks. It has now been at least 6 weeks and I can't take being lied to anymore. I've informed management not to contact me again because I can't deal with all the untruths anymore. And it's obvious that they are never going to replace the glass.You need to know that during the three years of this unbelievable and very upsetting ordeal, there has not been any follow up by management or customer service. I was told by management that they feel they have gone above and beyond what they need to do to resolve my issue, which is laughable. I'm the one who has gone above and beyond and stupidly let this go on for three years.

The same man continues to show up to our house once a month and ignores our no soliciting signs, when we point out the sign they continue to try their pitch. Attempting to reach out to the company so that they would stop doing this has failed and so now I am reaching out to the BBB to be sure they respect people "No". They have also requested my address which makes me feel deeply uncomfortable. When filing a complaint that's simply requesting them to respect general rules there is no reason to collect my information as a person with no interest in their services.

************************* came to our home with ********************** to provide an estimate on our roof replacement. We found them both to be very polite, professional and knowledgable. ******* especially was very focused and ******* in his communications. We dont know yet if we will select Quality First as our provider as we are getting several estimates but the caliber of their representatives is high!

The work they did was ok. They replaced ******* well over a decade ago in a house I no longer live in. That being said, they continually call multiple times a day trying to get more work. I have asked multiple times to not call me, I do not need their services. Id stay away from them unless you want to constantly be hassled by this company.

Great job, fast and efficient . Very friendly. The roof looks great!.
