              I signed a contract for ac and heat pump and electrical work. AC and heat pump where installed but the work is not finished after 3 weeks. *************** has sent people out at least 10 x.Well I was counting on a 16 seer2 ,but got a substitute 15.2 seer my city in was telling me that 16 seer2 is going to get me a credit but didn't get it. And the 2 AHRI PAPERS SAY 2 DIFFERENT THINGS 14.5 SEER2 AND 15.2 SEER2 NOT ANYTHING SAYS 16 SEER2 EXCEPT ON THE CONTRACT ON WHAT THEY WERE GONNA INSTALL. ITS A JOKE
