Heres some context to my situation.My car was dropped off on 3/13 and my rental was picked up at enterprise the same day.I didnt receive any updates so I had to call on 3/20 (The receptionist said **** would call me back but I didnt get a call back that day, which was not a big deal). I called again on 3/21 to get updates on my car. ************, my car would be finished by Monday/Tuesday 3/25-3/26. I called again today 3/25 and spoke with a receptionist again who spoke to **** who stated that the repairs would be pushed back to Wednesday 3/27. I told them this would be a problem because I work Wednesday and itll be difficult for me to even pickup the car during their normal business hours since it is a weekday. I had made sure I was off on Monday/Tuesday so I would have the time to pickup my car on the date I was given originally. As a full time employee, its already hard enough to get two weekdays off like that.The car will have been dropped off for 2 weeks now if I were to wait until 3/27. I told them as well that my reservation for my rental would expire on Wednesday and that the enterprise employee said any additional days after 3/27 will have to come out of pocket. Its hard to trust what **** told me because the date keeps getting pushed back. How am I supposed to know they wont push back the service even further past Wednesday and then it starts coming out of my pocket to pay for my rental?I am unhappy that a date was given to me and that my car wasnt finished by the original date I was told and thats why I am writing this review.
