Hello,
I am sorry that you feel this way about our dealership and the warranty provider. United ******** is actually a very reputable warranty provider and their contracts are taken at service shops nationwide.
I looked up your deal and found that you purchased a 2012 **** F150, but did not purchase an extended warranty for this vehicle. However, you were given a 3 month / ***** mile powertrain coverage at no charge. I also searched our service database and do not see any repair orders opened on this vehicle after you purchased it, so I cannot confirm that our service department is aware of any issues that were had after the sale.
I do not know what issues you are having with the truck, but I would be happy to discuss further to see if there is something we can do to assist you.
