0 Stars, so my 4 year old cars engine blew up on the freeway for what reason i dont know but got it towed to Tracy Nissan, ***** is the service manager and lies and lies. My car was towed to them 6 weeks ago! so first off ***** tells me to send oil service records, but never told me where to send? SO i assumed he would call again. He did 4 weeks later! so i email them to him finally. Now hes gotta wait for warranty co. We are now 2 more weeks in and NOTHING. NO email NO calls, so i just call AGAIN sitting on hold for 30 mins,, NO one knows anything! 6 weeks my car has been there w/not one single update! SHADY SHADY Nissan in Tracy. Never ever again

It seems as if there was a misunderstanding between Tracy Nissan and the customer. The service advisor had brought to customers attention that the extended warranty may request maintenance records. Service advisor had asked to get those prior to diagnosis. That request was either not relayed properly or missed by customer. After a few weeks the service advisor reached out to customer to see if she had got the maintenance records. The customer emailed the advisor hand typed in a word document record as the maintenance was being performed by the customer's family. The service advisor made customer aware that the Nesna warranty may not accept the records as they are not an invoice from a shop. A Tracy Nissan service technician performed diagnosis and confirmed the noise was internal in the engine and a long block replacement would be necessary. The service advisor was dealing with ***** warranty, and the service manager found out that the long block replacement would not be covered by customer extended warranty. Customer declined further repairs at this time and having vehicle towed out. Diagnosis was waived on behalf of Tracy Nissan

This dealership is SHADY!!! I doubt the good reviews here. I had an extremely awful experience here. I was trying to buy a new car here. The sales manager, ****, is a LIAR!!! I told him over the phone I am looking for $26k otd for the trim I want. That's the condition I agreed to go to the office. I told him it's two hour drive for me to get to the office. I repeated twice $26k OTD and he confirmed. And then the next day I came to the office, he denied he promised $26k OTD and offered $26k sales price. If you can't keep your promise, don't make it. Wasted me 6 hours in total. And watch out! Don't let them hard pull you! I really regret that I trusted a sales over the phoneReview from Tera H

I bought a car in December from Tracy Nissan , Paid cash. Now it is *** and I still have not received my title for my car. I keep getting the runaround from the dealership. DMV has not received any paperwork from the dealership. I now will be taking legal action.
