I purchased 11 windows from fairway on 6/27 with a 4-8 week timeframe (in the signed contract). They said it may run up to **** weeks due to supply delays and that was fine with me. After 3 months I contacted them and was told they arent in with no estimated arrival date. I continued to call and sometimes I was able to get through to the receptionist who was always in her car and didnt have any additional information to provide. She would always say that **** would get in contact with me but out of all the calls I made, I was only able to speak to him once.I continued calling and by late October they finally said 5 were in and agreed to install them which was done on 10/31 and said they would discount me $150.. They did not notify me that they were coming to install on that day and left the door to my unit open but at least half were done so I was somewhat relieved!! I proceeded to call until late December and they continued to say no windows. At this point, I asked to cancel them because I was looking at selling and since over 6 months had passed I no longer had need for them. They said this wasnt an option and that it would have to be canceled through the manufacturer. I asked for that number but they wouldnt provide it and said she would have to call to check. No update was ever given.Now we are at mid March, a full 9 months since ordering and I have given up on receiving the windows. They required half a deposit upfront which was *******. The windows that I did not receive were going to require more work removing the steel so they were more expensive than the 5 I did get. So in short, over the last 9 months, I ended up receiving half my order and paid $2000 of the $4000 bill but only received $1375 worth of my order.I feel liked I was scammed out of my money for services that were never going to be provided and I just want a return of my unused deposit that was taken from me. I see numerous others in reviews who are describing the same situation
