              Hamilton Beach does not have customer service. My food process broke down and there is no one to talk to about fixing it or getting a new one. I called the "customer service" phone number listed on their site, The phone number only answers with a recording telling customers to send warrantee or other issues through a contact page on their website, which I did twice. I received an automated no-reply email that said I would receive an email reply between 5-7 days, but I never received a reply: THEY NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAIL and you can't talk to anyone on the phone! This is non-existent customer service and highly unethical and possibly illegal.Why does Hamilton Beach have an A+ rating with the BBB? I see other customers complaining about the same no customer support issue and the shoddy products that break after a short time.

              6 months ago I purchased a Hamilton Beach 6 Quart Programmable Slow Cooker With Flexible Easy Programming, 5 ************** Air Fry Lid with 4 Settings, Dishwasher-Safe Crock, Silver (33061)I purchased from the Hamilton Beach storefront on Amazon. Amazon fulfilled the order with a third party seller, OKB85.Hamilton Beach is refusing to honor their warranty because the purchase was fulfilled by a third party seller.I worked with ******** from Hamilton Beach customer service, who refused to help in any way other than to offer a 15% discount on a new purchase, as if I would ever purchase anything from Hamilton Beach ever again.

              Hamilton Beach apologizes for the inconvenience. However, per our limited warranty, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund unless the product is purchased from Hamilton Beach directly. As a courtesy, we offered a discount code for a new product. Hamilton Beach does not see a reason to change our policy at this time. Thank you.
