We bought our home as is in 2017. With that included a propane tank, because it is an attached fixture. When we asked our neighbors about how to fill it they gave us blossom gas number. We were told by them they owned it because they bought out another company. They have yet to provide me with any paper work showing they own, even after we bought our home and we were talked into signing a lease agreement because they told us no one else could fill our gas because they owned it. Our lawyer said if they cannot provide those documents this tank is ours. They are saying the own everyone’s tank basically unless you have a receipt (which most people probably don’t have from 10-15 years ago) so even if the owners from before I bought my home bought this tank before blossom did, because it has the company logo on it and we don’t have the receipt then they own it. Absolutely ridiculous! My lawyer and I would love to have proof they own my homes specifically, and not every single tank with the other companies logo on it. In my opinion this is criminal behavior and I’m sure they owe me, and a lot of other people money for their unethical practices. I would like acknowledgement showing I own my tank if they cannot provide any type of proof they own my tank specially and I would like my money returned from all rental fees we paid under the false pretenses that they owe Ed our tank just because they bought out another company and didn’t have access to those records before that time.
