This business built my pool, but the work was shoddy, sloppy, and corners were cut. Timeline was also not respected. Rebar is coming out of the plaster. ******** failed and had to be replaced. Pool leaks losing 3 inches of water per day. Tiles have fallen out and had to be replaced. Poolworks refusing to provide warranty info due to the fact that we did not pay them their last payment of $7500. Well, we paid MUCH MUCH more than that, and still counting, having to repair the defective work, as we lost confidence that **** could finish the job, since he completely lost control of the project, showing up in tears and visibly shaken on one occasion, and disappearing completely on many other occasions. The pool was supposed to be 100% complete by April, and at the end of July **** was nowhere to be seen, and appeared ill equipped to finish the job, and correct what was wrong. We decided to ask him to not come back, hiring instead another pool contractor, not knowing that the problems were MUCH MUCH greater than we thought on the surface. There appears to be no end in sight to the repairs needed to get this pool working properly. We seek a partial refund so can pay for these corrections.
