We had bought this brand of "Bully Sticks" for some time, however, it seems they chosen to change the product volume by 50% yet charge the same. (if not more) You see, they decided to cut them in half lengthwise and still charge the same, thus you now get 1/2 the product!!! In this case, you buy these in packs of 25 "Bully Sticks" which are natural products. Thus size and weight can vary. So we still received 25, however, they were 1/2 sticks. Now we have heard of companies "downsizing products" and have seen it even on the news. (Getting less for the same price.) But this is not just an half ounce here or there, nope, this is a FULL 50% "cut" in the product, and the quality of what was once the "Best Bully Stick" you could find. We wrote the company about our dissatisfaction and got a canned response that "...the product is all natural and does very." Yes it is and yes it does. However this is NOT what is taking place here as we clearly showed them in photos. (Aka, they played dumb as to doing this.) This is 100% a choice made by the company to do this and to NOT change the product description or even photos they use on their website!!! They were all to happy to say they would give us a refund on the product, but WE WOULD need to pay for shipping back. (Yup, they actually said that on a product they know they misleading consumers with!) When we refused to pay shipping for something they knew they were doing wrong, they said they would credit us $** and gave us 1,000 "points", whatever those are for. Please note the attached photos showing how they have been cut right down the middle...they should be round'ish like the one shown in one of the photos! Sure they have a return policy on there site if you are not happy they will refund, but you need to pay the shipping to return it. This is so wrong in this case based on what they are doing! It is now about the principal of it. Note that we also have notified our credit card company to dispute the charge.
