Our services are fully customizable and can include comprehensive, 24-point checks inside and outside the home or economy plans that involve 12-point checks of the exterior of the home to provide owners with support to maintain their second homes and address problems that come up while they are away. Additional or add-on services may include checks of swimming pools/spas, boats and vehicles, meeting repair or delivery persons at the home, concierge services, home rental key drops and inspections, and checks of other exterior buildings/property. Additional services provided or arranged through Point to Point Home Services for home watch customers may include lawn care and landscaping, house cleaning, and more. Point to Point Home Services is insured and bonded and all employees have a background check conducted. Employees wear body-worn cameras while in the home and the video is made available to customers for an additional fee.
