            My husband, ***** ******, and I contracted with **** ******** owner of Advantage Home Contracting on April 24, 2020 to build an addition onto our home. This is a master bath including closet, laundry and walk in shower. Estimated at 4 to 6 weeks, work began June 29, 2020 and concluded September 16, 2020, 11 weeks. We paid Advantage in full on time The shower tile installation was awful. Sean agreed at a site visit in November. Sean agreed to demo and replace the tiles and door. As an option he offered $***** to have another contractor do the work, which we declined. The re-work began April 26 ending on May 12. Work is worse than the initial and incomplete. Surfaces are not level so tile cannot be flush and must be demolished again and retiled. We showed ***** followed up with photos and a video. **** says he is comfortable with the work and refuses to compensate us to have another contractor re do the walls, floor and re-tile.
