Vl Carter suggested I get part needed for him to install on engine, only to ask for a new specified part weeks later. Gave me dates that he would be finished on multiple occasions, only to be done 2 weeks after date he estimated would be done. This is the second time this incident has happened. Rude during phone calls when I inquired about the status of vehicle, rushed me off phone on multiple occasions. Has made/ continues to make a lot of personal remarks in regards to my marital affairs, inquiring about my livelihood randomly at length via transactions. Had part he claimed he did not need that I shipped to him for 2 weeks before asking for specified part. He evaluated that area of car weeks before. Spends 50 % of time making personal statements at me and wife. Other 50% trying to find reason to drag feet on fixing vehicle and making joking remarks. Tried to rid me of vehicle multiple times, even tried to have someone sell me vehicle at his lot. (For whatever reason)has done everything possible not to have the vehicle fixed in timelty fashion, even after I agreed to continue with the future transaction no matter the total amount. Threw excessively high amounts at me/wife to keep car from getting fixed (for whatever reason.) The action of Vl Carter could be racially/ culturally motivated, not sure, but would not want another customer to deal with type of engagement from this company. Whether this is the case or not the communication level between me and the individual has been bad, and has definitely been the worst experience I've had with a auto mehanic as far as communication is concerned. -************
