On 8/30/22 I called AAA from the parking lot of *************************** for a tow because my car wouldn't start. My daughter as with me. AAA sent a driver from Mobile Repairs **** The driver was completely incopetent and despite the *** telling him exactly where to go, he drove around in circles in downtown Richmond in the middle of the night in the rain trying to figure out where he was and where to go. When we finally got to my residence which has a half a mile long driveway, it took him 90 minutes to unload my vehicle. In the process he did **** dollars worth of damage to my vehicle which I noticed and reported immediately the next morning, A very nice gentleman named **** came and took the statement and pictures of the damage and also told me that the driver had had many other complaints and shouldn't be driving at night or maybe at all. So once I got the estimate for the repairs like he instructed me to do, all of a sudden there was "an issue" with my claim. It turned out to mean that they are claiming that the damage was old and they now refuse to pay for it. I just had a very heated conversation with ****, te manager who called me a liar and said he could tell by the pictures that the damage was pre existing which it is absolutely not. He just refuses to admit that his driver is not only not fit to be responsible for people's safety but also that he damaged my vehicle.
