I purchase a 2016 ****** Highlander from this Dealership on May 22, 2021. April 6 2022 I carried the vehicle back to the dealership because I noticed the brakes on the front had rust. I wanted the mechanic at the dealership to take a look at the brakes and see if they could tell me what was the probably. I also asked if they could look underneath the vehicle, and to let me know if there was any rust. I was told that it was just a little rust and it was because of the wear and tear of the vehicle. A month ago I Carried my vehicle to ********* for oil changed tire rotation. I was asked to come out into the service area because they wanted to show me something. I was under the impression it was concerning the rust on the brakes and my response to them I already know about my brakes got rust on it. They said oh! Rust is on your brakes! But we need you to see underneath your vehicle! I was shocked and torn! My SUV is completely rusted from the motor to the rear of the vehicle, to the point where the bottom of the vehicle needs to be replaced by a ****** dealership. I'm requesting for Safford Dodge to refund me back the money I paid for vehicle or replace it with another vehicle. There is also a safety hazzard, because the rear of this vehicle has a rod underneath that's rust won't allow a rear line up. I can't use the spare tire because the rim is also completely rusted. I know this is a used vehicle and I expect some wear and tear but not to this extent for a 6 year old vehicle. I have reached out to the use Sale Manager **** at Safford Dodge after ********* showed me their finding. I sent the paperwork work for the date of service requested by **** from his department. No answer. Going on 3 weeks. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.
