    The owner did a walk-through months ago and told us several things needed to be fixed like the tiles falling off in the bathroom, shower the tiles in the kitchen and in the hallway or in horrible condition he said it need to be replaced ASAP. Will we get a email from the management company months later saying all the work is done and nothing is ever been done. And now for the last eight days in a row at 1:50 AM in the morning the water heater makes loud banging noises and we’ve complained three times already and nothing has been done to fix this. My wife is irritable I am Also irritable it’s ruining our sleep. This apartment has been in horrible condition since day one when we moved in and they’ve already raised our rent $50 as of April of this year and nothing gets done. What can be done to have these management company fix our apartment please I need help. Looking at the pictures, you can tell that we filled all these holes on the floor with cement.

    We moved into our unit when it was ran by the owners, the husband came to fix and do what he could and took care of mowing down the weeds. when he passed away, his wife didnt/couldnt deal with it herself and i get that, they were fantastic people and older like myself. she chose this company to take care of her property.... but i do not feel they do her or her payment to them justice.We put in a request for a side gate to be put in at the back of the second unit so that both units had access to the small and very dilapidated storage areas and the breaker box... what they did was they made a wall in front of the breaker boxes. So we or NV Energy can not access them if need be without the second unit tenants being available to allow anyone to go thru their house and into the back yard, sounds like a simple task but they have pets that possibly arent that friendly to strangers. Another request recently about a refrigerator that didnt work, yes they sent out a tech in a somewhat timely manner, tech was going to request a new unit... that didnt happen. we made due with what we had, i kept unplugging it to defrost it and after 2 or 3 times of that i put in a new request. it took 3 weeks to be resolved while i spent my own money to buy 10 pound bags of ice 2 times a week. upping the rent with no notice even when they say there was (having someone come and slide a paper onto a door between the metal mesh and decorative design doesnt mean it will stay there on windy days). it is my personal opinion that the people that work for this company care NOTHING about their tenants and EVERYTHING about their bottom line. it seens that i have to give them a 1 star rating but wish i could make it a very negative star rating. rent with them at your own risk.
