              Being charged for a service I never ordered Months ago I called for irrigation service in back yard Heard nothing for weeks and problem resolved When they finally reached out to set an appointment I did not respond because no longer needed service I came home early from work and found a guy digging in my front yard I told him we did not make the appointment and the problem which had resolved was in the back! When Dave T***** called demanding 280.00 payment I explained and he refused to accept responsibility for doing an unauthorized service. He found my CC in their files and charged with authorization I disputed the charge and he called harassing me for payment I reminded him that I have a voicemail saying please call if you’d like service this Friday “ This week I got an email saying he is filing a small claim and putting a lien on our house I plan to call the Moana president this week for help Pls advise what u can do Thx

              Used Moana Nursery for Landscaping and they did nothing but lie not only to us but their boss, saying they did work, when they did not. They came to my house, looked at the trees I wanted to order, told me what trees they were, and they ordered the wrong trees anyway. They have charged for change orders when the price was not agreed upon and there was no discussion on price. One item they stated would be of no charge, they charged for, so that means the boss lied as well! ******* does not return phone calls, emails, or texts. ******* does not communicate with you or his employees. Will not refer them or ever use them again . They get 0 stars!!!!!!
