    My vehicle was dropped off for mechanical repairs on April 14th, 2022. The communication was horrible I kept hearing “it should be getting looked at in the morning” for weeks. Finally on May 4th, 2022 I stopped by the mechanic unannounced to retrieve some belongings from my vehicle and check on the status. I was shocked to find that it had yet to be worked on and the rear bumper had damage on it that was not there when it was dropped off. I informed the service advisor Daylen that this damage was there and that I was extremely unimpressed with the progress. Daylen informed me that his manager Lance would be back Monday May 9th and we could address the damage caused by the mechanic at that time. Upon Lances return I was informed that the mechanic would not be performing the repairs for the vehicle and they would not be accepting responsibility for the damage that occurred while the vehicle was in their possession. Lance denied that the damage was caused by the mechanic even though Daylen had already addressed via email that they would make it right. Lance stated that if the vehicle was not picked up immediately they would be parking it on the public street downtown (not a good area, where it would likely get broken into). I then noted that prior to me picking it up the damage on the bumper needed to be addressed with their insurance. Lance reiterated that the vehicle would be moved to the street prior to them closing that evening at 5:30. In the best interest of my vehicle I picked it up so I could store it safely at my home.

    **** was very rude when trying to perform any type of conversation. My husband worked there a short time and he was rude, degrading and mean . When asking **** to provide documentation that was needed after separation from this business he cursed at us and was very unprofessional offering no assistants

    This is very unusual since Greg's Garage is located in **** ****** and your zip code is somewhere near ********** ********. Also, I treat customer's and employee's with appreciation and understanding. Plus, I have a General Manager to run day-to-day operations.
