Triangle Pest Control rid our home of ants and other common insects. I rarely see anything crawling inside anymore. We had one issue, when the service started, regarding a line being broken, that was buried in the ground. The owner compensated us for the entire repair, no questions, and did it in lightspeed timing. Our technician, **** ***** 's service is top notch.

He conducts himself in the most professional manner. I have never heard him speak of anyone, or anything in a harsh or derogatory manner. He is always pleasant. He answers my pest control questions completely and comprehensibly.

Mr ***** , Triangle Pest Control Service and staff treat their customers very well and hold themselves to superior standards of excellence as they conduct their business, in my opinion.

Mr ***** has, and is continually keeping our home insect and rodent free. That's what we wanted when we employed them. That's what we're getting. We have no complaints with their work whatsoever.

I am only giving 4 stars because the salesman who signed us onto the service misrepresented some prices and services offered. A representative from the company came out on the first service day and went over the contract with us and explained what actually would be covered. He apologized for the discrepancies in what is actually offered, and what we were told. He offered us a refund and the opportunity to cancel the service. We didn't cancel, but were not really happy that we were not getting all that was promised . This shouldn't happen.

We later found out , this salesman misrepresented their offerings to a neighbor of ours as well. This activity is something that needs to be addressed.

This company uses canvassers as many do. The representative came to my home and pitched how they were local and currently do several of the neighbor's. He said that if I deal with them, I would receive a more personal approach to pest control. He walked me through some things that they do do or handle differently. I told him who I currently used. He mentioned I should have no problems discontinuing service stating they were a national company. Not sure what he meant by that at the time. I agreed to try them out. The visit was at the end of April. They charged me $99.00 which is what I expected. Then I was charged on 4/30, $49.00. When I noticed this on my statement, I called. They told me his was the monthly fee. I did not think I would be billed in May. I thought at first, if I waited a few days I could have saved $49.00. Not so. As it turns out, you are locked into a 18 month contract. If you opt out they hit you for $250.00. The canvasser tried to talk me out of my termite control program which I held separate. I am glad I did not sign up for termite service. I should have read the fine print and not listened to the canvasser. This company is not a company I would recommend. In fact I will make sure to deter people from their service wherever possible. I cancelled the service and took the $250 hit.
