It was a very bad idea to hire this company in the first place, don't rely on the reviews as most of them are fake or paid. They have charged us around $860 so far without providing a single pest extermination service although, they claim they were at our property 3 times during this year. Well guess what? They do a quarterly service and should have provided an advanced notice before entering our property, right? No , they didn't and none of our cameras caught them serving our house, yes we have all our videos backed up on the cloud specifically on the dates they claim they serviced our house. By the way, for the service we initially asked for, we couldn't be at the house for a certain number of hours, yet they claim they came and serviced our house anyway, lol wow. Also, isn't it supposed to be a quarterly service so why charge $860 for 3 services in entire 2022 because we sold our house in June and informed them in a timely manner. It appears that it a money hungry corporate including a bunch of unprofessional folks, charging and double charging credit cards of customers without their knowledge (I have proof).
