    7/15 - My mother's ******* Santa Fe broke down on the side of the highway after having a supposed oil change at Blue Flame. She has always gone to ********* every 3 months for oil changes but decided to have her last oil change with Blue Flame. Upon Blue Flame's inspection, they claimed the engine ran out of oil & refused to fix the situation after giving her the run around and not responding multiple times. They even blamed the make of the vehicle but our family has another ******* and 2 ***** (which they also said had bad motors along with *******'s), our other vehicles have never had engine problems as we are on time with maintenance. They have caused a completely avoidable inconvenience as now she needs a new motor and they have completely washed their hands of their mistake.

    Very poor service. Never will I eva recommend anyone to go there. The convenience is not worth the **. Same way the owner told me my money wasn't no good to him. Whether I'm a returning customer or not.
    So today is Sunday. That point one.
    I arrived to blue flames yesterday to get my truck inspected. A kind lady help means said it would be 2 hrs. Didn't wanna wait so I said I would come BK the next morning early. I did that. Arrived at 8:45-8:50am. The lady wasn't there. But a white shirt little guy with a white beard was. He took my keys and instructed that I had 10 mins to wait and the inspection tech would come in and do my vehicle. Let me remind you there is no appointments
    Gave him my keys and left outside. 9am came around... 9:15 came around and no one got my car. But other techs were getting other cars to fix. I went n at 9:17 on the dot and asked when will I get done. He told me after the inspection guy does brakes. Ummm excuse me sir why after he do brakes. That's not what you told me. He puffed his chest out and told me to go somewhere else. Pretty much if I didn't like it. After the misunderstanding. I still stayed and tired to fix it since it was now 40 mins I have waited. He told me no. The inspection guy even wanted to do it. He told him no. I was confused cause the owner was the one who said soon as he got in I would be down. After trying to get the owner of blue flames to have great customer service and resolve the issue even after begging, pleading and offering a tip. He told me to kiss his ass. And I'm a returning customer and wanted to return again.
    I will Neva eva eva refer anybody unless they are n dying need.
    And I will let the world know how they conduct business. There were not making it right and he was the owner not and manager. I thought customer service was to resolve issues and making it right for both parties
    Guess NOT!
