            I bought this property early August 2022 and began to have what I believed to be low water pressure in the guest bathroom on day one. I paid no attention to it, as I am new to the area and figured this was how all toilets in Onslow County function. By October, the toilet was completely clogged. I called a plumber and left the builder out of the process, as I believed that this was self-induced. The plumber pulled out construction debris that Atlantic Construction workers had thrown down the toilet. This debris was causing the “low water pressure.” I was charged 435 dollars. I contacted Atlantic Construction with pictures of the debris, a video of it being pulled out of my pipes, and the bill. They have refused reimbursement and stated verbatim that “we feel we are not responsible for this bill.”

            Typical construction company looking to stretch their profit margin, low wage workers, suspect quality work performed, contractors have no respect for people occupying homes while they work on additional homes, contacting Atlantic Builders is worthless when filing a complaint. Just pray when hurricane season comes that your home stays intact, $300000 is your new $100000 home in america, get used to it !
