Non-existent communication after they receive your 50% deposit. Poor, fluctuating excuses for missing installation appointments. No phone call when missed appointments. Refused phone calls to mobile phone for days. Dishonest, shady, zero professionalism. We cannot understand how they operate a business this way, or how they remain in business. Only when we said we would involve tv media outlets did we receive a refund. It seems as if the thousands of dollars being paid to them upfront is being used for something other than placing a materials order. Dishonest in every aspect and every single employee. Installation manager, project guy, administrator answering phones.they were all shady and their stories never corroborated.

Brennans Fence I have never had a worse experience with a contractor or service provider in my entire life.I contacted them in January for a gate replacement at our neighborhood pool, including pictures. After I was given a quote I confirmed that would be able to reuse the existing lock. I did this with a phone conversation, emailed pictures, as well as a pdf install instruction of the lock itself. I was told no problem at all in writing.After deposit I was told they would install March 14 (or there about). In fact they hadnt even waited for me to order and had already had the parts. I was then told someone was sick, then the parts werent there, then another excuse and another. This went on Weekly for thereafter. The week of our pool opening I pleaded that this project had to be completed or we need to cancel as the pool need inspection and the swim teams season was starting.The DAY before our inspection they came to install and assured me itd be fine. Theyd remove the fence and drill new posts and hang the new gate the next day before our inspection at 12:30. I shouldnt have let them but I did. They didnt arrive to hang the gate and finish the job until 11:30, and THEN TOLD me they wont be touching the LOCK! Wed need to arrange someone else. So our inspection was pushed back and so was 50+ kids swim season while I found a locksmith that could fulfill Brennans Contract!After scrambling I was able to get it fixed at much higher cost than the remaining 1/2 of Brennans contract.I was then delivered a bill for the entire remaining balance. I shared my frustration and all documentation, emails and pictures including the bill to fix the rest of their contract! I was sent a very slightly modified bill and told to pay it immediately or they would place a lien on the property! At no point was I provided any empathy for the situation or acknowledgement of their colossal mismanagement.Please do yourself a favor and stay very clear.

My fence was almost $10,000 and they were horribel!****** in the office either can't remember anything or is just dumb.I called several times in the process of my fence purchase.She couldn't remember discussions with me.I'm 67 & can run circles around this girl.I was scheduled to have fencing installed on 1/20.I called her the day before & let her know that 811 has not been out to the house to mark the waterline that is next to the house & probably in line with a post.She did expedite that to a 3 hr window for them to come out on 1/19 (they were supposed to have done it by 1/18).Then she tells me they are loading up the truck to come to install the fence that day 1/19.I told her we're scheduled for the next day. She tells me she was out 1/18 at dr. appts & doesn't know anything about it.She tells me she'll find out & let me know.811 does show up & tells me they don't mark water lines next to the house. WTF?I tell ****** this & she then tells me 3 more contractors will be coming out to mark lines this day & she'd let me know if they are still coming to install on 1/19.No call & they just show up! I had to rearrange my day for this.I told her to have them bring the truck in the driveway prior to mine since it would be a straight shot in.I tell the workers this too but they walked ALL the way around the house to bring the supplies in.Job finished @ 6:00pm too dark to see the finished job.They threw all their trash in the onsite contractors rolloff, didn't ask first & while back filling the posts buried cement bags inside the fence line.Next morning I found them 1st & not my show dogs w/ the cement hardened in them.Good thing they didn't break a tooth.****** calls me 1/24 for pymt.I tell her the issues & she denies any of the issues.I ask her to have *** call me to discuss & tells he will call that night.Did not hear from ***.I call the next day & she again denies that I asked for *** to call me.I speak to *** & he seems to imply I'm making this all up.Poor service!

I agree with reviewer below. THIS COMPANY DESERVE A ZERO. My brother and I submitted down payment on vinyl fencing March 15, 2021. Today is August 27, 2021 and the project is still incomplete. ****** Brennan's allege that all of the material has not arrived. However, ****** stated in an emailed dated June 23, 2021 that the material is on site and installation would be completed. ****** refuse to talk with my brother or myself. WHY? Because he is a poor communicator, not trustworthy and unethical. I'm sure other homeowners have purchased the same type of fencing since March 15, 2021 and possible installed. WARNING, WARNING, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We started this journey in May. We paid a deposit of half and heard nothing from them. I had to constantly contact them after being told they would contact me when the materials arrived with an install date. I had to talk to several different people who claimed they had to talk to ***. We were told they would begin the fence install July 6th. But,, the did not show up even after I called the office and ******* said they were coming. They did come the next morning (July 6th) and there were issues that hindered us from getting a fence. I called the office the next day (July 7th)because we decided to not get the fence and needed to discuss a refund. The guy who answered of course had to talk to ***. I called back on July 9th, a lady told me she would call me back in 20 minutes. After 2 1/2 hours, I drove to the office. *** never picked up the phone. When he came out of the office, he had my paperwork in his hand. He didn't even speak. He was rude and has a nasty attitude. I couldn't even hardly speak because he wanted to talk over me. Then he proceeds to tell me it will cost $500 for something we didn't even get! The crew was not even at our home 2 hours! He is a thief and so unprofessional! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

God don't like ugly. The Bible says touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm. He has no idea who he is messing with. I curse that business in Jesus name and command the doors to be locked with an "Out of Business" sign. You can't steal from people and treat them any kind of way Jesus, fight this battle for me!👎🚫

I paid them $1,700 seven months ago as a down payment to install a rod iron fence. A couple months ago they finally installed part of the fence, I keep contacting them to finish the job (finish the fence and two gates), they give me a date they are coming to do the job but then never show up. I think 7 months is more then enough time to do my small yard. They have my down payment and part of a fence up so I am stuck with not being able to hire another company.
