Called company to schedule repair of major oil leak in home generator unit early May 2022. Technician stated he did not have required part on hand and needed to order. Part was backordered which resulted in a delay (understandable). After hearing nothing for over a month regarding the part I played a call and the repairs were scheduled for July 17th. July 17th came and went with no noticeable repairs being made. Called technician again and was told additional repairs would need to be made in addition to the initial bad oil seal. I approved this work. July 28th I called technician for an update and was informed all repairs had been completed. I test ran generator only to discover it was still leaking oil as bad as before. Called Power solutions technician again to inform of ongoing issues Repair person responded and discovered leak was beyond his capability at the time. Was assured repairs would be completed ASAP. After no action for a week I placed a call to technician and personnel showed up next day to attempt repairs. After repairs, unit was run and it still leaked. Was promised additional repairs would commence on 17th August 2022. As of today (20 August 2022) it is still leaking really bad and technicians will not respond to calls or texts
