            The Curtain Shop double charged my **** debit account on 7/15/2021 in the amount of $149.36 for a defective replacement product. They refuse to supply written documentation of the credit due my account in spite of my numerous written email requests to do so. ******* **** (President) has responded to my email requests by saying see has no internal written credit memo documentation to provide me for the $149.36 overcharge credit she claimed she issued. Although, she did provide me an copy of a credit memo document for a previous original $97.10 credit she issued for the original defective product. How can, on one hand, she claim she has no written internal credit documentation for the $149.36 overcharge and yet, she did provide me a copy of her original internal credit memo documentation for the $97.10 credit which was in fact credited to my **** account? Very confused. I will continue to purse this issue until resolved.

            First of all, when I ordered, my entire order stated a short delivery window. After I placed my order, half of it was moved to over a month out. No notice, just some fine print in the invoice. When I reached out, I got a one sentence response that my order would arrive in mid-August. When mid-August came and went, I emailed to cancel my order. No response. In late September, I got a notice that my order was shipping. I once again emailed, saying that I had requested a cancellation of the order. I was suffering through severe insomnia and needed blackout curtains, so I had to go ahead and buy other curtains. I received no response from that email either. This is not the norm, and it is not ok.
