      I lived in ************* Apartments in ********* ** and I moved out and the company refused to give me my deposit of $1642.50 back, I paid my deposit so I would be able to get it back to put on another place when I move out, company is saying that they deducted $75.00 for trash removal, $4.62 for 3 light bulbs replacement., Replace a globe in hallway light they charge me *****, replace shower rods in both bathroom for $51.60, why would i have to replace shower rods, replace carpet in living room and master bathroom for $1113.15 this is outrageous, my carpet was like new, i lived alone and there was nothing wrong with carpet and if carpet needed to be replace why did someone moved in my apartment at *********************** the very next week, no way they replace that carpet, then they charged me for bedroom#2 & 3 to clean carpet $67.50, they also charge me prorated July rent of $480.16, I was told by ****** that runs apartment that they had plenty of people waiting on my apartment from her waiting list, after all the deductions they still tell me I owe them $166.23, how is this possible, my rent was always paid on time, and my apartment was always clean, these people is such a fraud, and never like giving people their money back, i thought reason why we pay a deposit is to protect our selves from been scammed by the landlord, this is not right and i am sure you may have heard from other tenants from this landlord, i like to have my deposit return to me as i faithfully gave it to them.

      God Do Not like Ugly! One star for their time and what I thought was consideration, until I was lied to about my credit score. After completing an application and submitting all necessary documents, payments etc.; with this company. I called to get the status and was told my score was lower than the requirement. I immediately logged in to check my score with the credit company I was told they used and my score was over the score she quoted to me. She then told me that she ran a HARD inquiry and that the scores come back different when they submit them. (See Below) Per the information in my credit report in reference to J.W. Hunters Staff member claims. Soft Inquiries Inquiries that do not impact your credit scores. May 31, 2022 ********** ** Soft Inquiry I truly don't appreciate being lied to and/or discriminated against. I don't know you and you don't know me. It's sad that you do business this way. Best wishes in the future
