Please stay away from ************************We hired *********************** ******************************** to build a screened in porch, who instead recommended his "best friend" of 15 years (***********************, JP Custom Carpentry) to complete the job. We ended up firing him after discovering that he stole from **.I later found out he also stole from 3 elderly couple and took their money, but never completed the job. He is being sued by all of them. He is the perfect example of a crooked contractor that people need to avoid at all cost. Please listen to me and stay away from this individual.Please see the response from the owner of ****************************** on their ****** page, acknowledging that *********************** is a deceitful business owner.

Again, there are no lawsuits or elderly folks, how do you sleep at night *****?I have responded to the multiple reveiws you have posted over the last year. I do not know who you are or have a file of services provided nor does Wake County. *********************** talks a good game, but has not come close to delivering what he promised he could/would do. After months of excuses, maybe some lies, the work was not complete, much left undone, and had to be fixed, due to the poor workmanship.I am the interior designer who did the designing, the interviewing, and talked my clients into working with him. I have never had such a bad experience, have never been pulled in as I was with this man. What was to be a week long project begun last year, a deck! was finally completed by others whom my client hired to correct the issues, and finish, correctly, the deck so it would pass inspection, and be safe to use.JP Custom Carpentry was given multiple times to address the issues, and we just heard one excuse after another. Though he promised a "clean worksite" I had to have photos sent to him of what he left in an unacceptable pile on the new deck... And that was just one of the many issues that just kept coming up. As a professional, I am abashed, and contrite that I fell for this con job. Do not go forward with this man or his company!

*****, your not even a client.Facts -You hired a GC prior to me and said the same thing about her -I worked hard for my client building a custom deck and you and i met only 3 times personally because you live out of town at the beach -you provided 2 pencil drawings of the deck that wake county would never except -I worked with an engineer to submit my permit to help you which was accepted -Plans Reveiw notified me that my client had 2 unpermitted/illegal structures on her property and as a lisenced General Contractor is my responsability to fix in order to complete my contract scope at no charge to my client -multiple hours and personal conversations with my Chief building inspector at no charge to my client to help - In addition my client upgraded to a larger deck and i personally built it and all photos and documentation is in place -I called the final inspection in and was notified that there was a change of GC form submitted.-I have not been paid and you told me over the phone that you could handle it from here and not to call the client -I installed a door at no charge waiting for the permit to be cleared due to the illegal structures on the property to help my client All conversations, permits, contract upgrades, photos are documented and on file for review at any time and you know that When you post reviews with this unprofessional language it effects peoples lives, I have hundreds of reviews that are honest and transparent but this one from a individual who requested my help and gave me pencil drawings and was on site 2 times in 6 months and asking favors to fix the permit process for illegal structures while working with my client every day is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
