Initially I thought the experience was good, but when I looked at the paperwork I found out that the price I signed was not the price we agreed on (it wasnt even the price they advertised the car online for!!) When I reached back out, I was told that they had to buy down the rate to get me a better payment. Essentially they charged me for the financing AND took the discount back and this was not disclosed to me at any point. When I was in finance I noticed that there was a maintenance package that the sales person never talked about, **************** told me not to worry about it that it was free. The paperwork says otherwise. I reached out to the sales person about the price of the vehicle and he was trying to tell me that it was the same. I have the texts and pictures.I traded in my vehicle on 12/5.I just got my equity check on 2/15. I reached out to them about the equity check in December and January. I finally get a check from them and deposit it but I could not get the funds because when I made the deposit there was a stop payment. Come to find out that the salesman sent the bank an overpayment. So now my equity check has to come from the bank that got the overpayment. When I reached out to the bank they said they were waiting for the dealership to confirm the check was coming to me. I stopped at the dealership to let them know, they said they would reach out. Two weeks go by and I call the bank to see where the check is and theyre still waiting on the dealership. I reach out, nothing. I stop by again and they finally get them to call Acura financial.I have also reached out to them to cancel the maintenance program and left them a negative review. I have not heard from them.I spoke to a sales manager every time I had to stop at the dealership and there was no sympathy or ANY attempt to try to make this right.Review from manikandan r

I bought a new HONDA CRV touring 2 months before. They scammed me by taking the Nano ************** which they didn't expose that this insurance is not cancellable or non-transferable.Southpoint Honda Response

They made me pay close to $10,000 for an engine oil defect which caused both of my catalytic converters to go bad and the misfires caused defective piston rings. Note my car is a 2010 Honda Accord that I paid $10,000 for almost 4 years ago. My car still runs bad and won't always start on the initial try. I'm 46 and have bought Honda's since I was a teen. I might never buy one again because the way they handled this situation made their reputation look bad. All I asked for was half my money back.Southpoint Honda Response

When I picked up my car in July, I noted that Southpoint Honda (SH) left adhesive on the outside of the car. Inside the car, they left visible glass shards. The service rep said I could take my car to a detailer to fix the adhesive. ** said my insurer denied work on other damage I noted.The totalbalance on this date was $*******. I returned to SH to explain that the work they said was denied, wasn't & that the original invoice had an error. The 2nd person, a service manager, did not know how to submit an updated adjustment & was rude when I tried explaining that the original invoice had an overcharge. After the insurance agent spoke to him, he submitted an updated adjustment, gave an (incorrect) TIN number, & refunded me the first overcharge. The wrong TIN is why my insurer sent funds to me to pay the shop. Had they provided the correct TIN earlier, they would have been paid ******* on the first invoice related to this work. They, without forewarning me, changed the labor amount on this invoice, months after the work was complete, to make that initial invoice *******. Later, on another invoice I had been charged twice for a rear view mirror and had to escalate that issue to higher management. Finally, they completed the remaining work after ordering the wrong part (an issue SH implied was my fault) which meant I had to return on a different day. For the last invoice they charged $373.97 for 45 minutes of labor. I have repeatedly asked how they arrived at this figure with no response from management beginning Sept. 6. This figure exceeds what the insurer estimated and agreed to pay them for this work. If customers go to SH I recommend bringing a calculator because of multiple billing mistakes and to discuss in person since it's hard to get service reps or mgmt on the phone or by email. Also, my car is now permanently discolored where the adhesive was left, with no apology. The only person to apologize for my experience with service there was a sales rep.Southpoint Honda Response

I'll tell you something that I rarely say. every word you through you must prove. That's how I was taught. in my family, school, army. But with all responsibility. I can declare, justify and prove that 24/7: the sales department consists of dishonest people. They are selling their clients something that is not what they were told. And Im not talking about inflated prices now. I talked to *** about a front wheel drive car and they sold my wife a four wheel drive car. And instead of having the ***** to admit a mistake, they also brazenly say that the car cannot be returned. I don't recommend dealing with these people. Even the person who sells must have a conscience.if you are planning to buy a car from here, message me. 5 minutes is enough for me to convince you that this is an extremely wrong decision.Southpoint Honda Response

This person did not purchase a vehicle from Southpoint Honda. He is upset over a purchase his ex-wife made. I cannot discuss the purchase with him as he is not listed on the paperwork. The actual buyer has no issues.Review from Raul Q

I am deeply disappointed with the post-sale services provided. My girlfriend and I purchased this car over two weeks ago, and we are facing an issue with the windshield that urgently requires replacement. Despite our continuous communication with the dealership, they have yet to provide us with a definite schedule for the replacement ( it was promised when buying the car that was going to be replaced as soon as possible). Consequently, the car has been rendered undriveable and has been parked since the day of purchase. Additionally, the vehicle was not adequately cleaned before delivery, as clearly visible in the attached pictures.Southpoint Honda Response

Very poor communication and customer service. I've been a Crown Honda customer for over 5 years and I've have never experienced this level of negligence and incompetence. My service advisor, ****, is rude and disrespectful and fails to update me about the status of my car. My car has been in the Service Center for almost 8 days. From hanging up in my face to claiming that my warranty isn't valid due to him submitting an incorrect VIN number, **** has made my entire experience with Crown Honda a complete nightmare. They refuse to offer a loaner vehicle or shuttle services for me to retrieve my vehicle. I feel like I have been given the runaround and this dealership will not do everything they can to fix your car as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would recommend sending your car to either ********** or *****. This place does not care about their customers or how long they have been serviced there.Southpoint Honda Response

While we strive to provide excellent customer service; we did make a human error in the initial contact to the third party warranty company in regards to the VIN#. While it is rare that this happens to us, we have taken steps to ensure that our employees are confirming the VIN# twice going forward. Unfortunately, with the current status of backordered parts nationwide, locating a used part was also a challenge and then further delays as a result of the third party sending the incorrect part. We completely understand that none of this eases your situation of being without your vehicle.
